Support of the visual production and content teams through the coordination and

execution of photos and videos that are original, on brand, and in alignment with the

company’s mission. Executed all phases from the conception of a campaign and or

need, to the actual photo or video shoot, including prop selection, design,

coordination of models, editing and organization/storage of digital library.

quality control and personal delivery to complete the boutique photography studio

experience.

Consulted with clients and developed new floral creations based on specific desires

and needs effectively and efficiently. Organized and maintained inventory of florals

and merchandise to guarantee smooth operation in the workplace. Designed displays

and vignettes to encourage education and sales. Received incoming orders via online

and incoming calls as well as handled customer service complaints while listening

attentively and solving problems creatively while repairing trust.
